Meet Kait Dugan
Kait has more than a decade of experience in Restorative Justice Practices (RJP), conflict analysis and resolution, education and program management. She holds her M.A. in Peace and Justice from the University of San Diego and is bilingual in Spanish and English. Throughout her career, Kait has implemented extensive Restorative Justice Practices programming, managed advocacy programs, taught in the U.S. and internationally, conducted research, and overseen global project monitoring and evaluation initiatives.
She prioritizes trauma-informed care, cultural humility, holistic community care and evidence-based practices in her work. She is passionate about creating supportive spaces where all people feel a sense of belonging and where individuals are empowered to learn and practice active accountability and relationship building.
Her key values are: growth, vulnerability, kindness, self-awareness, and authenticity.
Meet Jeremy Tadrous
Jeremy’s work experience over the last 13 years has been in education, organizational training, behavior consultation, mental health, and transformative justice. He holds a Bachelor’s from Northeastern University in Behavioral Neuroscience, a Master’s from Simmons College in Behavior Analysis, and a certificate from the University of San Diego in Restorative Justice Leadership and Facilitation.
His professional expertise includes behavior therapy, positive psychology, de-escalation, communication, building equitable systems, harm repair, trauma-informed care and client-centered support. He brings his passion for multi-media art, music, self-expression, cooking, camping, and creativity into his service provision when appropriate. He loves the opportunity with people of all ages, backgrounds, titles, and experiences.
